THE crusher with electric motor Ceccato Tritone ONE three-phase 4 CV is a professional quality vegetable shredder. It is designed to chop and reduce all plant waste such as branches and foliage into small pieces, making it easier to compost and reduce its decomposition time.
This shredder is equipped with a large steel hopper which allows you to easily introduce woody waste, hard or soft, large or small, without having to prepare it first. The hopper is also wide enough to accommodate a large amount of material at once.
The maximum cutting diameter of this shredder is 50 mm, making it suitable for medium-sized branches.
This grinder is made in Italy and complies with European workplace safety standards. It is built with quality materials and is equipped with a 4 HP three-phase electric motor, which guarantees optimal grinding power.
The crusher hopper is unified, which makes work easier and faster. In addition, the branches introduced into the hopper are sucked inside thanks to the force of gravity, making the feeding process automatic. However, it should be noted that this grinder is not suitable for grinding herbs, leaves or pine needles.
The crusher is equipped with a central rotor which contains two steel discs. The rotor is equipped with reinforced cutting blades and movable hardened steel hammers which allow efficient and precise grinding. In addition, the grinder is equipped with a removable calibration grid which allows you to adjust the size of the crushed pieces. With the grid, the size of the pieces is 2 to 3 cm.
The intermediate transmission of the crusher is reinforced and protects the motor and the internal rotor from shocks. If the rotor jams, the intermediate belt can slip or break, preventing damage to the motor. This transmission is much more durable than models with a heat engine directly connected to the rotor.
The grinder comes with instructions for use and maintenance of the engine, as well as free engine oil. It is also delivered on a pallet, which makes it easier to transport.
