THE thermal engine crusher BullMach ZEUS 160 LE is a towable branch and plant shredder with a 420 cc Loncin engine and electric start. It is ideal for grinding brush and twigs to make them easier to handle and suitable for composting.
This shredder is equipped with a large capacity hopper made of robust steel which can accommodate branches and twigs of large volume without the need to treat them first. The diameter of the grinding disc is 600 mm and the shredder can grind branches up to 100 mm in diameter.
The central rotor is composed of two cutting blades and six hardened steel crushing hammers. The blades perform pre-processing by cutting the material into larger fragments, while the crushing hammers reduce the branches into smaller fragments. The grinder is also equipped with a counterblade to make cutting easier.
The 420cc Loncin engine offers considerable and reliable power. It has a convenient electric key start.
This grinder comes with a dual belt drive system, which makes it very strong and protects the motor and grinding mechanism from bumps and kickbacks.
The steel hopper is large with an opening of 60×55 cm (height x width) and can be opened for easy loading. The discharge chute is 360 degree rotatable and can be moved and oriented to direct the material into a tractor or truck trailer.
This grinder comes with a double handle and large pneumatic wheels for easy moving and transport.
